She loves her Chick-fil A!

The other day, the kids and I went to Chick-fil A for lunch. I just wanted everyone to know that Addison loved the Chick-fil A! She ate like a piggy! I should have just bought her her own kids meal! She sat in her highchair like a big girl and was entertained by her big brother.

Yes,it's true...I'm 30

It's sad, but it's true....I am 30! Friday was my 30th birthday! Yikes!! Jason and Mark made me cupcakes, which were just delicious!

Mark's Easter Party

Mark's school had an Easter brunch last week and then each class had their own party and egg hunt. My mom, Addison and I joined Mark at the brunch and enjoyed a good breakfast together. Then it was off for the start of his party. The kids made Easter crafts, but had the most fun at their egg hunt. As you can see, Mark did a good job collecting eggs. He took off and collected as many eggs as he could get. He got quite a bucket full!

Addison is 9 months!

Here is our little Roo! She had her 9 month check-up and everything is going great! Basically she is just "long and lean." She is 29 inches long (89th percentile) and ONLY 15 lbs. 8.3 ozs. (4th percentile). I was hoping she would be 20 pounds when she turned 1, so we could turn her around to face the front of the car in her carseat, but I don't forsee her gaining 5 pounds in 3 months! Oh well! She is very much into her crawling and pulling up. And she doesn't want much baby food anymore! She is a big girl now and wants to feed herself. She loves to watch and "play" with Mark. Yes, she still has her ear piercing scream (I'm sure some of you have heard it on the phone) and she is definitely still a mama's girl. That's our Roo Roo!

A Trip in the Wagon

We've had some warm weather lately, so I loaded the kids up in the wagon and off we went for a walk. Well, I had the walk and they had a ride. Mark, of course, enjoyed the ride and Addison had fun too! It was her first trip in the wagon. She didn't try to escape - just enjoyed the ride.

Yummy, Sushi!!

Well Jason has someone to share sushi with now! Mark loves when his Daddy shares his sushi. He has his own set of chopsticks, which he is still learning how to use. As you can see in the picture, he usually gives up with the chopsticks and uses his best utenstils - his fingers.
